By accessing or using EduTea, you would agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
EduTea provides paid and free educational courses, articles and related content for parents, teachers and educators, delivered via website and, in future, a mobile app.
3. Accounts
You would be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Purchases and Access
Course purchases would grant lifetime access to the purchased content for personal, non-commercial use. Prices are shown in AED and, once purchased, are not typically refundable except as required by law.
5. Content Ownership
All course content, video, audio, and written materials remain the intellectual property of EduTea and its creators. Purchasing a course grants a personal licence to view the content — it does not transfer ownership.
6. Prohibited Use
You would agree not to copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share course content, and not to attempt to bypass content protection measures such as protected streaming or watermarking.
7. Availability
We would aim to keep EduTea available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
EduTea provides educational guidance, not professional medical, psychological or legal advice. Use of any course content would be at your own discretion and risk.
9. Termination
We would reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including unauthorised sharing of protected content.
10. Changes to These Terms
We would notify users of material changes to these terms through the website or by email.
