The human voice behind EduTea.
Hanein comes from a family of educators. She holds a Bachelor's in Early Childhood English Education from Zayed University and a Master's in Online Education Leadership and Management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, and has worked as a KG teacher, a support teacher, and in leadership and supervisory roles. EduTea is where she shares the tips, hacks and honest experiences she picked up along the way.
No lectures. No complicated jargon. Just real experiences, useful ideas, and a little EduTea ☕
Her approach
Start with the real moment
Every lesson begins with a situation someone is actually living through, not a theory to memorise.
Teach like a conversation
No lectures, no complicated jargon — just real experiences shared the way she'd share them over tea.
Give something usable today
Every course ends with something practical enough to try the same evening, not just to think about.
"I used to dread pickup time — my son would melt down in the car park and I felt like everyone was watching me fail. The tantrums course gave me something to actually do in the moment, not just theory. Three weeks in, our evenings feel like ours again."

What she teaches
- New teachers — expectations, rules, reward systems, and what university didn't cover.
- Student behaviour — the reason underneath it, the parent's role, and the intervention plan.
- Students of determination — supporting families who aren't ready yet, counselling, and the teacher's role in class.
- Parent and school communication — staying updated, respecting guidelines, and building trust.
- Leadership — communicating with staff, supporting them through burnout, and rolling out change well.
- Silent burnout — the subject of her Master's research: why it happens, and what teachers and leaders can do.
